Objectives

We set three objectives when writing the project: - INCLUSION because 50% of students represent learners with fewer opportunities. We wanted to OPEN and above all FACILITATE the mobility opportunity for everyone. Flow 1 (Mar-Apr'22) out of 9 students - 6 were state scholarship holders; Flow 2 (May -June '22) on 8 students - 3 state scholarship holders; Flow 3 (Nov-Dec'22) out of 13 students - 5 state scholarship holders. Mobility gave them a unique opportunity to get out of their context & to travel abroad. This professional experience will have a significant positive impact on their CV, their life, on their perception as citizens, by opening their vision towards new personal and professional opportunities. - INTERNATIONAL OPENNESS: for a general-purpose high school like ours, it is essential to emphasize EU mobility and be able to raise awareness of EU citizenship - ANTICIPATION OF TOMORROW'S WORKING WORLD: the key factor in the aim of the vocational training of our learners is to increase their chances of employability in response to the demands of tomorrow's labor market - PROMOTE ECOLOGICAL TRANSITION AND SUSTAINABILITY: raise awareness of education and "green" and sustainable mobility

Background

The Pablo Picasso polyvalent high school submitted the individual project PICASSO GO PRO (PGP) in May 2021 following its experience in the CoProMob+ project with the Consortium of multipurpose high schools of the Pyrénées Orientales. This choiceis based on the fact that the mobility accomplished within the framework of this last project has brought very positive results, with an opening on the European dimension within the teaching and administrative teams, as well as among the students of the professional sections. There followed our choice to broaden and enlarge the spectrum of this activity for the professional section of the school. The experience acquired during previous mobility helped us to establish a gantt, find the host partner and define an individual mobility implementation plan without the constraints of the diversity of professional internship periods within other high schools. The courses chosen: Seconds of BAC PRO in: Digital Systems (SN) - Automotive Maintenance (MVA) - Electrotechnics, Energy, Communicating Equipment (MELEC) - Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians (TFCA)|EQF 3 -4 | who train young people aged 16-19. These 4 sections represented a total of 200 young people in 2020.
