The Paul Bocuse Institute is putting in place a real strategy to promote the mobility of students and staff. We are able to offer students and staff many opportunities for international exchange and mobility: • For students: internships in companies or periods of study at partner universities in Europe • For staff: training, internships and short-term teaching assignments. The implementation of projects within the framework of the ERASMUS+ program is consistent and relevant in this strategy, which will become even more important because study mobility is now compulsory: students who have started their studies in Hospitality Management and Restaurant Management at IPB in 2022 will all go on mobility in their third year.
