Student mobilities: Employability of our students: The internships provided our students with practical work experience in their field of study. This experience will help them develop the skills and knowledge required by employers and increase their chances of finding employment after graduation. Cultural exchange: The project gave our students the opportunity to live and work in a different country, experience a new culture, and interact with people from different backgrounds. International cooperation: The project helped us establish partnerships with institutions and companies in Europe. By implementing the KA131 Erasmus project for higher education, we aimed to provide our students with a valuable learning experience that will help them succeed in their future careers, broaden their horizons, and contribute to the internationalization of our institution. Staff mobilities: We aimed to provide our staff members with the opportunity to enhance their professional skills and knowledge through practical work experience in European institutions.Through the internship, we intended to improve the quality of education and services offered by our institution: innovative teaching methods, administrative practices, and academic strategies.
