The mobility project of the Nursing Training Institute (IFSI) of the Strasbourg University Hospitals (HUS) is part of the HUS establishment project. It is a strong axis of the educational project of the IFSI. Directed towards the mobility of internships for nursing students (SMT) and trainers (STT mobility), it aims to develop professional and transversal skills, particularly intercultural competences. This project concerns : - incoming mobility (reception of participants on internship for students and at IFSI for trainers) - outgoing mobility. For students: they are selected, they do an internship in a care institution in Europe. The internship locations are selected according to the needs of the students and the resources available within these structures, which are qualified and approved. For trainers: on a voluntary basis, they complete a training period within a higher education establishment in a European country. Each participant is supported in their individualized journey with a view to searching for meaning in professional activity, building identity benchmarks and in a progression towards knowing how to act in situation.
