Audencia has been participating in the Erasmus programme for many years. This project is built on the experience gained from previous projects, and more particularly from our 2020 project that enabled us to receive the “Good practice label”. As most of our programmes include a semester abroad, the project was aimed at supporting international student mobility, which is a core component of our educational process, enhancing internationalisation at every level thanks also to staff mobility and incoming participants (internationalisation at home), and strengthening our links with our long-term European partners. In 2021, Audencia launched its new strategic plan ECOS 2025. Audencia aims not to be the best school in the world, but to be a better school for the world. Our ambition is to train innovative and responsible managers with interdisciplinary skills, so they can make a positive contribution to the major challenges facing our organisations, societies and planet. Therefore, this project was aimed at enabling students to gain key skills (openness, flexibility…) in order to become these innovative and responsible managers.
