UBO participation in the Erasmus project should enable it to strengthen its European and international roots and, in particular, within the framework of its European university, to build a European campus, a space for training and mobility for all. The 2021 project had 4 main objectives: 1 - Continue to support a gradual return to pre-health crisis mobility figures (target of 50% of students having had a physical, virtual or hybrid mobility experience during their course); 2 - Maintain the good momentum of staff mobility (1% of staff on mobility per year); 3 - Contribute to the development of our European University by promoting mobility; 4- Implement the new mobility modalities; The 2021 project had to combine these objectives with the implementation of complements for inclusion, all with a restricted budget. Our European University was to be the ideal testing ground for intensive hybrid programs and short mobility programs, but also to identify solutions for removing obstacles to mobility.
