In 2021, the Erasmus+ program represented approximately 80% of URN student mobility, and all professional mobility. The Erasmus+ program is therefore an essential project and contributes to the development of the mobility and of the internationalization of the University of Rouen Normandy. In accordance with the international strategy of the University of Rouen Normandie, it was expected that this KA131 2021 project will contribute to the internationalization of the institution, its students and its staff. Indeed, in the same dynamic as that started in previous years, the institution wanted to give the opportunity to more students and staff members to go abroad. To this end, the institution proposed various mechanisms, such as its own funds to support student mobility (€45,000/year), or the recognition of professional mobility in the training of each staff member. It was also expected that this project would participate in the launch of the European INGENIUM university, bringing together ten establishments, members of the Erasmus+ program. Finally, it was expected that this project would be part of the ecological transition policy of our university.
