We aimed to provide effective and high-quality support to participants during their internship mobility, ensuring that they were well-informed, prepared, included, and supported throughout their internship abroad. It was important to ensure that all students, regardless of their background, social situation, or specific needs, could fully participate in the Erasmus program. Additionally, as the internship period abroad was an integral part of the International Business BTS students' study program, we wanted all participants to successfully earn 7 ECTS credits by the end of their internship period. Finally, we aimed for a successful implementation of the allocated budget for 27 participants in SMT mobility and, if possible, exceed this objective
