In implementing this project,Université de Caen Normandie (UNICAEN) wanted to provide its students and staff with an international experience that would enable them to participate in the European dynamic. UNICAEN has been participating in the Erasmus programme since its creation in 1987. This student and teacher exchange programme is a key tool for the development of its intra-European mobility policy, which is supported by the Carré International (a joint department of the Université de Caen Normandie responsible for implementing the institution's international strategy). Within this framework, over the past 36 years, our Norman university has forged links with 230 European universities, which constitute a network of reliable partners contributing to the institution's international influence and openness. The Erasmus+ project is part of UNICAEN's international strategy, which defines common development axes for all the faculties, but also allows for specific disciplinary variations of these common axes so that the institution can be more open to the world and the multidisciplinarity of the university remains an asset and a factor of enrichment for all.
