- Project background: ESME has been a signatory of the Erasmus Charter since 2014. The implementation of the Erasmus scheme within the school has been slow and partial. In 2017, the School undertook a strong drive to internationalise its courses and practices. At the time, ESME had 38 cooperation agreements. From the start of the 2018-2019 academic year, a major effort has been made to renew expired agreements and find new university partners. In 2021, the office's efforts continued, with the signing of 7 new agreements under the ERASMUS+ programme. Since the efforts to develop Erasmus+ partnerships, the number of students supported in their international mobility has increased, as well as the types of mobility supported. - Objectives: ESME's International Development Office is actively working to set up study mobility via Erasmus. Prior to the project, the objectives were as follows: 1. to enable ESME students to undertake international mobility via Erasmus inter-institutional agreements. 2. To encourage and enable the organisation of various multilateral activities via the Erasmus+ programme.
