The project consisted of enabling BTS students, for a large majority from modest backgrounds, to carry out mobility as part of practical internships related to their professional training. These mobilities make it possible to meet the requirements for carrying out an internship in an international context in accordance with the BTS Support for managerial action. They offer an opportunity to discover ways of working and life in a context of another culture. This project also aims to reuse feedback as part of educational activities (role-playing, oral presentations of professional experiences, preparation of examination files). To make it easier for students to find internships and to avoid the difficulties associated with Brexit, the teaching team wanted to seek school/company partnerships through the organization of a prospective stay in Ireland. As part of the continuous training, staff mobility was proposed. As far as teaching is concerned, two teachers, each teaching a different level of the BTS SAM, have been trained as part of the Erasmus programme.
