HISTORY OF THE PROJECT * The Université de Pau et des Pays de l’Adour has been involved in the European student mobility program since its inception. It is essential for a higher education establishment such as ours to offer its students and staff these mobility opportunities. * OBJECTIVES * The objectives of the project are varied and depend on the profile of the participants. For students, it’s about discovering another culture, improving their language skills, learning with different teaching methods and, at the same time, increasing their future employability in a wider than national employment basin. For our staff, these mobilities enable us to enrich existing cooperative ventures with our partners, exchange best practices and gain access to training courses not offered at our own facilities. *
