With the implementation of our project, we wanted in the medium and long terms to offer more mobility opportunities to our staff members and students. This in order to enrich the training path of our learners and the professional path of our trainers, and to enrich their teaching practices. For the other categories of staff, the objective was to give an international opening to their actions by discovering innovative practices from other countries, and to develop their services by integrating other operational tools and methodologies (as in continuing training). We also wanted to develop international and innovative content in our trainings (as with digital pedagogy) and to expand and to diversify our networks of international partnerships (including the development of other types of Erasmus+ projects, such as KA2 projects). We also wanted to develop research built in dialogue with international partners. The idea was that all these actions could contribute to the modernization and internationalization of our institution.
