Sorbonne Université's international strategy is fully integrated with its international research and training activities, while at the same time serving a corporate strategy focused on society and global challenges. Based on long-term partnerships with leading higher education and research establishments, as well as various economic and institutional players, Sorbonne Université is constantly developing innovative actions to further the European higher education area. In 2021, the year following the pandemic, Sorbonne Université wanted to boost the attractiveness of international mobility. In line with the European Alliance's 4EU+ project, it has encouraged mobility to strategic European partners (Warsaw, Copenhagen, Milan, Heidelberg, Prague) and worked to promote the internationalization of its courses. The University intends to diversify its mobility by developing short-term mobility and encouraging the mobility of doctoral students and staff. With the aim of professionalizing its training areas, the company would like to encourage more internship mobility.
