In implementing this project, we wanted to diversify the destinations for work placement mobility for students, teachers, and staff. We also wanted to encourage new faculty and staff volunteers to take advantage of these opportunities, as we have several young professors who have joined our school and are looking for European work experience. We also wanted to open up internship mobility to students other than BTS Support à l'Action Managériale students. We also wanted to maintain our links with our partners from other projects, or who had been involved in previous internship mobility projects. We want to build up a stable professional network with establishments motivated by exchanges, whether pedagogical or human.
