The Brittany Region has been the lead partner in 2 consortia dedicated to health and social training entitled "Bretagne-Mobilité OUverture Vers l'Europe (B-MOUVE)" since 2015 for higher education and 2016 for vocational training. These 2 projects have been pooled. In the post-Covid context, which has had a severe impact on these institutes, it has been necessary to : - strengthen the link between health and social care training and between pre- and post-baccalaureate education, - encourage mobility opportunities in order to maintain European partners or develop new ones. The implementation of the Erasmus+ Plan and its 4 strategic axes (development of partnerships, promotion of mobility, quality of mobility and valorisation strategy) has resulted in thematic meetings and the valorisation of the first post-covid mobilities (testimonials). As with the previous Erasmus+ programme, the aim was to develop : - Outgoing mobility for students and staff and incoming mobility for professionals, - Work themes prioritised by the Consortium in response to the 4 axes: Mutualisation, eco-responsibility, mobility support kits and obstacles to mobility.
