As part of its internationalisation strategy, the université de Bordeaux supports and encourages the mobility of all its students and staff (academic and administrative). The activities to be implemented between 2021 and 2023 are aimed in particular at: increasing the number of mobility schemes, drawing up and deploying a quality approach to the support process, initiating and developing new forms of mobility (flexible, virtual, hybrid) and seeking synergies with other initiatives, with priority given to the ENLIGHT Alliance, to which the Université de Bordeaux has been contributing since 2020. In this context, the mobility service promotes the ENLIGHT Alliance of European universities to administrative staff. Given the complexity of implementing the programme, it has not been possible to achieve all the objectives. However, the experience has had the virtue of committing the International Relations Department to a reorganisation in order to meet its ambitions in this area.
