Our main objective was to actively promote internationalization within the Institut Agro (Montpellier and Rennes-Angers for this project). We aimed to provide meaningful international mobility opportunities for our students and staff, thereby strengthening our commitment to international openness. Making academic or internship mobility mandatory, we aim to enrich the educational experience, foster cultural diversity, and enhance the culture of exchange within our community. The project also sought to solidify our position in the international higher education landscape by establishing sustainable partnerships, enhancing our reputation, and contributing to the creation of an international network of academic exchanges. We also aimed to increase the appeal of our institution by aligning our program with international standards, attracting more incoming students, and balancing exchanges with English-speaking institutions. The need to internationalize our staff remained a central element, thus laying the groundwork for enhanced international cooperation at all levels.
