Objectives

The Erasmus+ project was implemented to overcome challenges encountered in intra-European outgoing mobility since 2016, the inception of Erasmus+ at the school. Constraints related to the minimum duration of internships and study mobility limited student participation. The training at ENSATT, focused on short projects in the performing arts, made long-term mobility difficult. The new contract introduces short hybrid mobilities (5 to 30 days) combined with virtual periods, resulting in a significant increase in mobilities (109 over the duration of the contract). Teachers incorporate short internships into academic schedules, fostering virtual exchanges. For example, Master 1 Administrators participate in short internships in Belgium, and L1 actors in Italy, inspiring academic leaders previously resistant to mobility. The objective is for all 180 students to have an international experience, at least once during their time at ENSATT, ideally each year. Thus, the project provides an international opening tailored to the specific nature of the programs, enriching students' educational and professional journeys.
