Contextual elements: as a new director, I am in charge of the establishment's Erasmus + file without having been able to benefit from a relationship with my predecessor. After interacting with staff who have benefited from this mobility, the primary objective is to improve language skills by appropriating cultural elements from the countries visited, which helps develop the feeling of a Europe citizen. Secondly, this experience leads them to promote the benefits of Erasmus+ mobility to their students.
