The CCCA-BTP has long experience of European mobility for apprenticeship purposes in vocational education and training (VET), but still has little presence in higher education (ENSUP). This project is therefore an excellent opportunity to better structure our approach in favour of ENSUP courses, in partnership with universities and engineering schools, using European mobility as one of the levers for their development in training organisations for building and civil engineering trades. In this way, the project has enabled the training bodies involved to better position themselves as valid partners in higher education, capable of organising training courses abroad that are fully integrated into the higher education systems set up in France. At the same time, the aim is to enhance the professionalism of ENSUP apprentices, enabling them to acquire technical skills that complement those acquired in France, as well as social skills, increasing their degree of personal and professional autonomy, as well as their employability thanks to professionalisation courses abroad.
