Our aim is to send BTS students in SMP or SMS abroad in order to add international experience to their CVs and value to their subsequent job search, with the support of the Erasmus+ programme, without which such an action could not be possible. Since 2014, the Avenir+ consortium has been working to promote and increase the mobility of students and staff in higher education departments involved in providing services to companies with international exposure. Considering the large number of exchanges carried out since 2014 - over 1,100 - this consortium has made it possible to secure long-term opportunities for exchanges with foreign partners, companies and higher education establishments. The consortium is helping to enhance the value of mobility periods by sharing best practices and improving mobility engineering. After 9 years of existence, the members of the consortium have added real value to the training pathways of their students and staff, and the international dimension of their training is now real.
