Université Côte d'Azur (UniCA) attaches particular importance to strengthening its international appeal and influence, notably through the KA131 2021 project. Individual mobility remains an essential pillar of internationalization at UniCA, with the KA131 project helping to establish and consolidate international academic cooperation. The International and European Development Department (DDIE), a service dedicated to UniCA members, manages the mobility program, offering support for European and national projects, covering set-up, submission and follow-up. The initial objective of the project: 4 types of mobility (study, internship, training, teaching), reach the planned total, and use the allocated budget. The new features of this program, such as the 20% budget dedicated to projects outside Europe, the new types of mobility and activities (hybrid, short-term, BIP) and the "Urgence Ukraine" scheme, were successfully tested, contributing to the achievement of the objectives. At the close of the project, the following results had been achieved: 172 student placements and 72 staff placements. The total of 244 mobilities (compared with 210 planned) demonstrates the operational success of the project.
