PSL University signed its very first ECHE and received its first mobility grants in 2021. Therefore, we have been in the experimental phase for the past two years. Our goal was to develop mobility opportunities for our students, teachers and staff. Among our accomplishments, we managed to offer mobility grants to about 30% of our undergraduate students enrolled in our "Licence" created in 2020. The students have to pursue a research internship in their third year in order to graduate. The Europeanisation of this degree has been a real success, right from the first year of experimentation. For staff mobility: the project has enabled us to carry out a mobility programme with a European partner in 2022 and 2023 for two cohorts of administrative staff who are following a training programme at PSL to take up higher and management positions within the university. After two years of covid preventing the operation, the erasmus+ project has enabled us to make this crucial mobility a reality in the careers of these staff by sharing our know-how with the University of Utrecht and FAU in Erlangen.
