Reflect on our artistic practices Create and experiment with artistic practices between the different actors To reflect on the development of artistic skills with or without disability and their valorisation To better understand the means of artistic and social participation of people living with a disability To discover our institutional and cultural environments To have a transnational understanding of public policies regarding access to cultural practice for people with disabilities. To have a better knowledge of the obstacles and levers to access to cultural practice in a transnational vision To have initiated a link and a common reflection between the actors of the project and the actors of the local political life To build our partnership To encourage the development of skills in the forms of transnational cooperation as well as in the pedagogical and artistic content To create inter-knowledge that will allow us to identify and analyse fields of investigation and research To define the main lines of work to build future cooperation To be on the lookout for future and complementary partnerships in the project of a more important transnational cooperation
The partners solicited (Domino Nd - Cascina Macondo) also have choreographic experience in which people with disabilities participate. This project corresponds to the desire to develop a cooperative partnership in order to better understand our mutual practices, the artistic universes of each, the contexts of existence of each of our structures in their social, cultural and political environment. On the other hand, there are very few projects on a European scale that involve people with disabilities both in the organisation and as participants. This is an opportunity for us to offer a unique and valuable encounter experience. This project also corresponds to the desire to explore the question of other languages, because beyond the language barrier, our desire is to explore the power of movement and dance as a means of communicating emotions and connecting. Finally, we wanted to learn more about the different cultural, institutional and political contexts in which we perform.
