MobiTIC aims to support migrants support organisations (MSOs) so that the latter gain autonomy to insert themselves in Europe through access to information and online information production. More specifically: OS1. Identify the skills to be acquired so that migrants can access information online and produce resources. OS2. Co-construct elements of a training device facilitating migrants access to online information and digital information production
Access to information is a fundamental right (Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights). In the case of migrants, Article 19 takes on its full meaning: In a context of dematerialisation of administrative exchanges, of remote access to information such as housing, employment or training, migrants are currently experiencing a situation of digital exclusion (due to a lower level of education in this field). Aware of this major handicap to integration, many migrants support organisations (OAMs) have developed digital training. However: - Most of these trainings use a foreign language and writing for them, an additional barriers to accessing information ; - Few of those trainings use the resources available by the migrants (smartphone, social networks...) ; - Few of those trainings aim at information production (whereas peer learning is one of the ways privileged by the beneficiaries) ; The MobiTIC project aims to experiment with devices that consider these obstacles.
