Objectives

This project will give this inclusion scheme a certain degree of clarity. To develop effective strategies for people in situations of inclusion, which we will be able to re-use in our schools, in order to develop school learning that is accessible to all, open up cultural horizons and consolidate social autonomy. This will also provide an opening up to other professional practices, other cultures and the European dimension for all, in order to bring pupils back into the school system. At the same time, the Lycée Camus will be contributing its expertise in customer relations and the financial and commercial management of the productions of these sections. The presence of an external clientele and the organisation of a sales centre for packaged products as well as a training restaurant. The Lycée Giancardi has already been able to observe the way things work at the Lycée Camus, and would like to transfer this to its own school so that it can benefit from the funding that these activities generate, particularly for the investment in equipment needed to modernise professional facilities.

Background

professional exposure to other cultures through short-term mobility, in order to respect the learning pace and tiredness of students with special profiles. The project will make it possible to meet this need, as the French pupils will have the opportunity to get to know the local products and how they are processed, and they will be able to broaden their range of professional skills. Improving inclusion practices. Despite an existing system (ULIS), there is still a great deal of room for manoeuvre in order to enable a public with a special profile to integrate as effectively as possible into a vocational education pathway and into the world of work. At the same time, the French specialist teachers will be able to observe the practices of their Italian counterparts in the day-to-day monitoring of pupils in situations of inclusion, and will be able to draw inspiration from them to translate these methods into their own activities, with the aim of optimising support for this special profile group. The needs of the Lycée Giancardi are as follows: - Enhancing the value of the hotel industry as much as possible - The possibility of mobility, which is a significant plus (in the socio-professional context of several families)
