The access of every young European to emotional and sexual education is a European struggle led by Countries, NGOs, and different European institutions since many years. Nowadays the access to comprehensive education to sexuality is a right. To achieve that in a proper way in different countries, school-based sexuality education programs are based on a process which consists of teaching and learning cognitive, emotional, physical and social aspects of sexuality with the aim to giving to children and youngsters knowledge, skills, behavioral patterns and values which will enable them to preserve their health, wellbeing and dignity. It is recognized that a comprehensive sexual education would allow young people to develop their social and sexual relations based on respect, enabling them to think on the way their choices affect not only their well-being but the well-being of other people, too. However, sexual violence of adults and youngsters rapidly develop and despite the implementation of educative programs on sexuality among young people, nothing changes.
