The instigator of the candidacy, our Turkish colleague, M Aydin, shared our general concerns, as did the teams from his high school (located in Antalya). It was therefore a question, for the beneficiary schools, of maintaining their operational capacity, by offering international collaboration to new generations entering high school, even though delays had affected the mobility plan and the agendas of previous partnerships, to the point that some of them, which should have ended before 2021, had to be extended, but that the initial target audience was older than expected (which did not fail to interfere with traditional academic issues) or even that it found himself called to leave the establishment before the end of the actions initiated. Basically, the project has cultural (opening up to the mythologies of others) and educational (teaching legends with moral effects) ambitions and must contribute to the personal development of learners and to their socialization and education in environment, a heritage whose partnership suggests that we study how legends and myths take it into account. The action is broken down into 4 phases and must improve 2 major skills.
The health crisis which raged between 2019 and the end of 2020 and disrupted the smooth running of our ERASMUS+ partnerships (in particular those coordinated by the Lycée Maurice Ravel and involving, among other actors, the economic college "Iulian Pop": it Concerning cooperations of type KA2 ERASMUSPLUSANIMALS, completed in December 2020 and honored with the EITA prize in 2022, and QUINTESSENCE projected from 2020 to 2023) we seized the opportunity to participate thanks to the "E+L.o.L Land of Legends" partnership in a project intended to Sustain our policy of international openness and improve its quality. Many mobilities, in fact, had to be postponed or even canceled in the previous period, and solutions found to adjust the predefined target groups to the circumstances - extensions of duration or unforeseen coincidence of project activities and examination sessions, etc. If overall the stubbornness of the learners and the general good will had made it possible to bring the transnational collaborations to fruition, the Ravel high school and its historic partner in Cluj-Napoca, like the high schools of Antalya and Kwidzyn, had the same ambition: maintain/relaunch European dynamics between 2021 and 2027.
