Objectives

The main objective was to adopt organizations to post-pandemic remote/hybrid work by strengthening their ability to adapt to flexible environments. More specifically, we aimed to: -Facilitate the transition to flexible work modes with a structured learning pathway. -Enhance soft skills with online training tailored to needs, focusing on behavioral, social, and communication skills. -Engage key stakeholders: employees, HR managers, professionals in continuous vocational training, and local institutions. -Improve employees' quality of life by providing time management tools, better communication, and enhanced work modalities.

Background

The idea of the NWC project was to address a crucial need of workers and businesses in a post-pandemic context. Indeed, the observation was: the rise of flexible work on a global scale, induced by the restrictions related to the Covid-19 pandemic, has brought about new challenges and issues for both employees and managers. We identified the necessity to provide practical solutions to facilitate the transition to this new mode of work and to assist organizations in effectively adapting to ongoing changes. By focusing on training (PR1, PR2, PR4) and support (PR2, PR3, and PR5), our goal throughout the project has been to help workers and businesses navigate more smoothly in this new professional landscape, while ensuring compliance with current regulations and the implementation of fair, effective, and efficient work practices ensuring employee well-being and proper management for employers/managers.
