Thanks to our Erasmus + Youth accreditation and more specifically in the frame of this first yearly subvention, we had the double objective of offering learning and development opportunities to youth and of contributing to a better quality of international youth work through the acquisition of new competences. Therefore we offered two youth exchanges and two youth workers mobilities focusing on topics explored by our organisation in other contexts and international projects. “Bottom-up” was the common process to the two youth exchanges which enabled groups of youth to initiate the projects and to be active in all their stages, with Hors Pistes’ support. In both cases, the groups of minor youngsters were working together with the educational teams during the whole year and this international experience was for them the result of a process started at the local level. Moreover, the young people discovered international mobility through this project. The two youth workers' mobilities responded to the need of Hors Pistes and of the partner organisations to gain skills in central sensitive and transversal themes of our work with youth: the sensitivity towards diversity and towards gender issues. Regarding this, we worked with two trainers, experts in these fields. Then, our aim was also to reinforce the collaboration with the international and local players to deepen topics such as social inclusion on which we locally already focus on. The accreditation stabilized the Erasmus+ funding; this gave us the possibility to plan our activities in advance and to improve the co-construction process of the youth projects with local players and young people. The strategic objectives aimed by the project are: SUPPORT INTERCULTURAL DIALOGUE AND UNDERSTANDING SUPPORT SOCIAL INCLUSION AND THE PARTICIPATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE WITH FEWER OPPORTUNITIES SUPPORT THE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE ENCOURAGE YOUTH ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN SOCIETY AND SUPPORT THEIR CITIZENSHIP JOURNEY SUPPORT GENDER EQUALITY REINFORCE THE COLLABORATION BETWEEN LOCAL PLAYERS AND INTERNATIONAL YOUTH PLAYERS PROMOTE NON-VIOLENT, BENEVOLENT AND STEREOTYPE-FREE COMMUNICATION
