In an external context of preparation of important presidential elections, and in an internal context of rewriting the political and organizational project of the Movement, the objectives of this project were numerous: - To help young people to understand the democratic issues of our current political system in order to facilitate their political and civic participation; - To set up spaces of talk within rural territories to allow the emergence of a collective speech on the stakes of local democracy with the decision makers; - To experiment participatory democracy within the MRJC's instances as well as at the local level, notably in the construction of its organizational model; - To give the keys to rural youth so that they can inform themselves, bring a critical point of view at current events and thus to develop their political discourse.
