Our targeted objectives for our priority aim are as follows: - To guarantee youth workers' career growth in the areas of entrepreneurship, enterprise advancement, team cohesion and management, globalization, access to opportunities, time management, and guidance in order to address the demands of young people in creative industries. - To insure that young people in the cultural and artistic sectors build the necessary qualifications through the involvement of youth workers and professionals. - Increased partners' experience in project management, international cooperation, Erasmus +. - Encouraged non-formal and informal training mobility and effective involvement among young people collaboration, efficiency, inclusion, creativity, and innovation at the level of youth organizations and policies. - Erasmus+ Open Access requirement for training content - Digital Transformation (the online training program it will create and the implementation of this program)
Based on our internal research, reached findings showed that unemployed young people in Cultural and Creative (CCI) sectors face problems on management issues, english skills, financial stability, accounting, business growth, client base extension, entering international markets, lack of financial resources, lack of respect, lack of personnel, job structure, expense, economic and social context, preparation, heavy workload, life&work balance, stress. Results show that; * 69 percent of participants reported that they had no administrative experience. * Only 23% believe that their creative actions are worthy. * 75% want to conduct their work on a global scale. * 58 percent of experts believe that having personal advice on their own situations will be helpful to their market practice. * 44% would prefer an intense course, mastered in an innovative field, and accessibility to counseling. Starting from these, our project's goal is to improve the technical expertise of youth staff and specialists in CCI area, so that they can respond to the requirements of the youth in this field and improving the standard of youth work in this field.
