In realising our project, we wanted to achieve several key objectives, including: -Raising young people's awareness of the importance of resilience through active participation in non-formal and informal cultural and artistic activities. -Improving the quality of youth work by integrating innovative tools that support young people's creative potential. -Strengthening the skills and competences of youth workers to foster the social inclusion of young people. -Improving young people's access to the labour market by enhancing their artistic and creative skills through the use of new tools and technologies. -Promote active citizenship among young people through non-formal and informal artistic and cultural activities. -DevelopING learning and training materials for youth workers that include new techniques and strategies that combine digital tools and art. -Creating awareness of social issues, particularly in relation to NEETs, at EU level through active participation in online networking activities.
Partners aimed to address the critical needs and challenges of youth, particularly NEETs, in the post-COVID-19 era. Considering the high unemployment and social exclusion among young Europeans and the lack of adequate training and resources. We focussed on improving digital skills and promoting social inclusion through innovative approaches in order to equip youth workers with the necessary skills to work effectively with young people to boost their motivation and self-esteem and facilitate their transition into the labour market and active participation in society. We emphasised the development of digital skills through the lens of art and highlighted the importance of promoting the social inclusion of NEETs. By developing a comprehensive Training Kit centered on digital art and an educational gaming app specifically tailored to the needs, interests and trends of NEETs, partners created an inclusive environment for young people for them to navigate a new artistic and digital landscape. Also, partners established youth networks focused on co-creating visions and strategic planning of community-oriented actions in the field of digital art helping the youth combat stereotypes and promote the social inclusion of marginalised youth.
