The main objectives of the project were: - to promote innovations, strategies, and skills for continuously improving our sustainable entrepreneurial methods to guarantee the responsible holistic, and inclusive development of our community - to understand the concept of cloud computing and online collaborative work, using communication and office suite tools, organizing tasks and projects for the team, and working in real-time - to complement standard teaching methods, manage LCMS, and structure a learning plan in a training platform by organizing its format, distributing activities, and designing assignments
The participants who attended the courses developed the ability to use their understanding of the context to judge the importance of educational innovation processes and apply them, are now able to integrate sustainable actions in educational environments, engage in collaboration with other educators and professionals, share and exchange knowledge and experience, and collaboratively innovate online pedagogical practices and environments, contributing to sustainable development in socio-community, economic and environmental matters. The employees who participated in the mobilities disseminated their new knowledge to their colleagues, peers, and learners inside and outside the institution.
