The goals of the project are 1. Ensure excellent conditions and enriching learning environment for students through nonformal learning methods. This project will enable us to increase the quality of workshops we are already implementing and to create new workshops and activities to better respond to the needs of youth. 2. Create opportunities for professional development of our teaching and non-teaching staff. This project will help us become recognisable as a desirable employer for our current and future staff.
