With the project, we wanted to reduce the discrepancy in what the National Curriculum requires of teachers and the education they received. As gifted and disabled students are included in our classes, at the same time we wanted to educate teachers to differentiate tasks and choose appropriate forms of work so that the educational process is a student-centered and in order to develop the 21st century skills to the needs of students. With continuous professional development of our teachers, the School wanted to modernize its learning and teaching process and its school curriculum. One of the goals was to modernize the teaching of all general education subjects, but also vocational subjects so that students could continue to achieve results not only in competitions but also in regular classes and extracurricular activities.
