The objectives of the mobility project of the Secondary School "Jure Kaštelan" Omiš were the development of the European dimension of school, the development of inclusive school culture and digital competencies and the greater use of digital technologies in teaching, and the improvement of the quality of education through the transfer of innovative pedagogical practices from European schools. Students have become more active participants in the teaching process and independent learning, which further motivate them to work, leading to improved results, and the programs in our school have become more attractive to students who choose to go to secondary school, which leads to increased interest and more enrolled students. This has enhanced the reputation of the school and the local community and its visibility nationally and internationally. In addition to teachers' skills, professional development has affected their satisfaction and confidence, which has positively impacted our institution.
