Background

The school is nominated Regional Centre of Competence in the field of agriculture, educating students from mostly rural areas in the sectors of agriculture, nutrition, forestry and mechanization, adult students, and a significant number of special needs students. The school, which holds an eco-school certificate, also has a student cooperative "Agro" which produces and sells its own products. It has 52 ha of land, a school garden, a forestry nursery, an orchard, and a vineyard, and it is in the process of being equipped with modern technologies. The school wants to train the school counselors and vocational and general subjects teachers to keep up with the latest teaching methods and provide students with educational opportunities in accordance with European quality standards, with emphasis on student motivation and work with special needs students. With this project, by educating 9 participants in different places and through different formats, we aimed to improve the motivation of students to engage in extracurricular and project activities, thus influencing their better academic achievements and the development of key competencies and applying methods of inclusion of SEN students in various school activities.
