With the project, we will achieve 3 set goals: improving work with outdoor education content; educating educators about the use of digital technology in working with children; improve inclusive education with innovative work methods. We will enhance the professional competence of educators, which will have a positive impact on their practice and relationship with children and parents, as well as the quality of the institution's work. Digital education will enrich regular work with digital content. Children will develop the habit of using technology for education and creating content, not just entertainment. We will actively involve them in creating content. Education in nature will offer children a planned stay in the air, which will contribute to the improvement of motor skills and overall psychomotor development. Alternative approaches and informal situations for learning will enable adaptation of the content to the pace of development of each child, develop their creativity and create inclusive conditions in which they and their families will feel welcome and have identity support. By implementing the project, we will get closer to creating the European dimension of our institution.
With the project "Move forward!" we wanted to increase the quality of teaching, support the professional development of educators and create a European dimension of teaching and learning in our institution. With knowledge about innovative, alternative and new pedagogical methods and informal learning, we improved the practice with children and the curriculum in accordance with our needs and planned areas of improvement. With the acquired knowledge, we started improving the digital transformation of education and supported the education of preschool teachers in the field of digitization as well as the introduction of digital content and technology in working with children. By using innovative work methods, we improved the inclusive education of children at risk of social exclusion, communication competence and resilience of employees and children, and the area of outdoor education. International collaborations ensured the exchange of experience, familiarization with the diversity of European educational systems, the culture and heritage. By disseminating the acquired we enabled new work methods in practice, encouraged positive change motivated participation in Erasmus+ projects and created a stimulating environment for children.
