With this project, we wanted to provide students with an insight into the educational system of music education in other countries and tried to take over their qualities in order to implement them in our teaching system. We got acquainted with music education and teachers who use modern technologies in their work, which directly affect the quality of music education. We wanted to introduce students to programs that we are still not able to offer, such as early music, jazz, composition. Participants got the opportunity to improve their own language competences, to know new cultures and develop intercultural education as an imperative for the development of intercultural competence and intercultural sensitivity. They had the opportunity to work with mentors abroad and with other students and thus improve teamwork.
While applying for this mobility we wanted to improve cooperation and partnership between students and teachers and between different partner organizations. We wanted to provide students and employees the opportunity for further development and continuous training. The international contacts acquired during mobility we will use for the purpose of organizing future international projects. A successfully realized international project would also result in motivation to participate in an increasing number of international projects and creation of quality international contacts, through which the possibility of further cooperation would be realized. This would allow our School to join the integration of professional cooperation at the European level, which would enable our students and professors to cooperate with other music schools in Croatia and the European Union, as well as participate in various international competitions.
