We launched the EuroJobs 3 project with the purpose of investing in education and developing skills necessary for effective adaptation to changing life circumstances, for employment, prevention of early school leaving with the aim of improving the quality of vocational education. The purpose is to connect education and training with job market, that is, to improve educational outcomes and skills important for navigating life, and to strengthen vocational education. The EuroJobs 3 project was designed in accordance with the needs of the participants, but also in accordance with internal plans for internationalization, and contribution to the economic sector. The emphasis is on students' knowledge, skills and competencies strenghtening in order to enable them to achieve relevant learning outcomes, work with the most modern techniques, technologies and achievements, and acquire those competencies that are needed on the labor market and contribute to increasing their employability. Through the project, our organization progressed in all areas, as did the students. Special progress was recorded through increased enrollment in professional occupations, which we estimate as a direct impact of participation in this project.
