Our project 2021-1-HR01-KA131-HED-000003747 is an Erasmus+ KA1 Learning Mobility for Individuals project. Its objective is to provide mobility opportunities for students and staff at the University of Split. Students reach the objectives of mobility: studying in an international environment, broadening horizons, acquiring new knowledge, skills and cosmopolitan spirit. Teaching staff enrich their professional background and portfolio; acquire new knowledge, skills and competences that could help them improve their teaching approach and technique, as well as make new contacts in their professional world. Administrative staff attend structured staff training weeks and/or job shadowing scheme in order to further develop their knowledge, skills and competences required for their daily routines at work, especially if those routines concern administration of EU funded projects, outgoing and incoming mobility administration and procedures.
