The project presents opportunities for students to study abroad, immersing them in different cultures and educational settings, broadening their perspectives, and enhancing their professional competencies. For teaching staff, participation in this project is an avenue to enrich their professional background and portfolio, gaining new insights and methods that can be integrated into their teaching. It also serves as a platform for establishing new professional connections internationally. Administrative staff members are involved in structured training weeks and job shadowing schemes, which are crucial for their professional development, especially in tasks related to the administration of EU-funded projects and managing mobility programs. The execution of this project included plans to send four students for academic studies and another four for traineeships, offering them a blend of theoretical and practical experiences in international environments. Overall, the Polytechnic of Šibenik, through project "2021-1-HR01-KA131-HED-000004944," is committed to utilizing the Erasmus+ program as a catalyst for developing a more interconnected and skilled educational community.
