The main goals of the Erasmus+ project 2021-1-HR01-KA131-HED-000010143 is to modernize and internationalize University North and its (non)teaching staff and students, expand partnerships with foreign higher education institutions, strenghten academic excellence, create new opportunities for project stakeholders, and increase individual mobilities. Student mobilities aim to provide international exposure. foster new knowledge and experiences, language skills, and intercultural competencies, as well as adaptability, problem-solving, and a sense of global awareness. The project also enhances students' employability and networking opportunities. Through traineeships, students gain practical experience in an international context, enhance their professional skills, confidence, and intercultural communication, improving job market competitiveness and easing the transition to employment. For (non)teaching staff, the project builds capacity through the exchange of knowledge and experience, and by sharing examples of good practice. It fosters skill development transferable to other stakeholders, innovation in teaching methods, curriculum development, enhances language competencies, increases job satisfaction, and cooperation networks.
