Project 2021-1-HR01-KA131-HED-000011567 aimed to increase the mobility of students and staff. The goal was to provide employees and students with more opportunities for mobility so that they could participate in training and teaching activities at other institutions. This allowed individuals with different cultural and educational backgrounds to share their knowledge, experiences, and best practices. The project aimed to increase the professional development of staff through training and coaching opportunities, providing them with the opportunity to learn new skills, techniques, and perspectives. Similarly, it sought to enhance the intellectual and personal development of students by providing unique learning opportunities in diverse environments.
