By implementing the 2021-1-HR01-KA131-HED-000011773 project, our main goal was to improve the professional development and competencies of employees through mobility for training. We wanted to provide them with valuable learning experiences, new knowledge and skills that will contribute to their personal and professional development. Our goal was to expand the knowledge base of the participants and equip them with new skills relevant to their fields. By participating in mobility activities, employees had the opportunity to establish connections, exchange ideas and build networks with colleagues from other institutions. We wanted to promote the exchange of ideas and successful strategies in the higher education sector. Through dissemination activities, including publications, conferences and events, we sought to contribute to the wider academic community and promote the value of mobility for professional development. By fulfilling these goals, we wanted to contribute to the overall improvement of the quality of our institution and partner institutions. In the end, our goal was to have a beneficial effect on the professional development of employees, the progress of the institution, but also the higher education sector as a whole.
