The main goal is to achieve individual mobility of VERN members: students & employees. A goal is to ensure that part participants at mobility period. By participating in Erasmus, enables VERN to achieve the goals set by the internationalization strategy: the program enables all participants to gain experience by staying at partner HEI or companies for learning/teaching/training. The aim is to further development of academic & practical knowledge. The advantages that the participants gain by participating in Erasmus are an increase in the capacity to act at the international level, further development of knowledge and skills, language improvement, development of digital competencies, better employability, and familiarization with new cultures. VERN can strengthen educational & research capacities and strengthen the links between education, research and the business sector. Incoming mobility is also important. The acceptance of foreign students and staff allows home student participants who did take part in mobility to get an insight into what Erasmus experience looks like. Incoming staff can get an insight into an innovative and improved way of working that the receiving institution can integrate into its daily development and work
