The purpose of this project was to open up opportunities for cooperation with foreign institutions (joint scientific works, projects, etc.). Given that our University is an institution that conducts professional studies, we focused on the mobility of students for the purpose of professional practice, because in previous projects students recognized this possibility as an opportunity to gain knowledge and valuable business experience. Experiences so far have shown that students of the our University are more interested in professional practice than for a study abroad. We have also foreseen staff mobility for the purpose of training (various workshops, training, job shadowing, etc.) through which examples of good practices could be transferred to workplaces at our institution. Given that we wanted to implement internationalization at home, we also anticipated the incoming mobility of staff from foreign companies in order to enable students to acquire new knowledge, transfer practical experience and enable them to connect with the business sector, through which some of them could also achieve mobility. We also planned the mobility of teachers for the purpose of teaching as well as the mobility of students for the studying abroad.
