The goal of the project was to increase the outgoing and incoming mobility of students and staff, as it enables the exchange of knowledge and skills, research experience, and best practices. The main intention of our activities focused on students was to increase their employability, as well as to provide them with the opportunity to become familiar with new processes and technologies in an international context. Apart from becoming more competitive in the European labor market, international mobilities develop communication skills in a foreign language and other soft skills. When it comes to our staff, mobility activities are focused on individual education and career advancement, and the development of international contacts and fostering relations with international partners on an institutional level.
